Strengthening Relationships

An Interactive Workshop for Expecting and New Parents
The transition to parenthood is exciting—but it can also be overwhelming, emotionally intense, and hard on your relationship. This workshop offers a warm, supportive space to reflect, reconnect, and grow together as a couple and as parents.

Through guided discussion, reflection, and practical tools, you’ll learn how to:

1. Stay Emotionally Connected During Stressful Times
Maintain closeness and empathy as you navigate the emotional ups and downs of early parenthood.

2. Handle Disagreements in Healthy, Productive Ways
Use respectful communication and conflict repair strategies that strengthen, rather than strain, your bond.

3. Support One Another’s Emotional and Mental Health
Recognize and respond to each other’s emotional needs with compassion and care.

4. Nurture Your Baby’s Emotional and Social Growth
Understand how responsive caregiving builds a secure, connected foundation for your baby.

Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or navigating the early weeks and months together, this workshop is designed to help you build a strong emotional foundation—for your partnership and your growing family.
